Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please review the terms below before booking a service with Shazz Mobile Spa.

Cancellations 24 hours or more before your appointment

You will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment

You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

Cancellations made on the same day as your appointment

No refund will be issued.

No-shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment free of charge, provided you do so at least one day before your scheduled appointment.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days. Please note this timeframe excludes any additional time your bank or payment provider may take to process and reflect the funds.
