Refund & Cancellations 

At Shazz Mobile Spa, we aim to provide a smooth and fair booking experience for all our clients. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are only confirmed once payment or a deposit has been received. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of booking
    No cancellation fees will be charged.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the appointment date
    No cancellation fees will be charged.
  • Same-day cancellations (on the day of the appointment)
    A 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount will be charged.

3. No-Show Policy

If a client fails to show up for a scheduled appointment without any prior communication, 100% of the booking amount may be charged.

4. Late Arrivals

If a client arrives late or delays the therapist’s start time:

  • The treatment time may be reduced accordingly.
  • Full payment for the original booking will still apply.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases where Shazz Mobile Spa is unable to deliver the service as booked.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule their appointment at no cost if done at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-day rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation and subject to applicable fees.

7. Service Conditions

  • Clients are responsible for providing a safe and suitable environment for the therapist to perform the service.
  • If services cannot be completed due to unsafe or unsuitable conditions, the booking may be cancelled and charges may still apply.

8. Travel & Setup

  • Any special travel or setup requirements must be communicated at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on location or service requirements.
